Flywheel Puller
For all years & models of Yamaha XT350 & TT350
Dead simple to use, very cheap and saves you destroying your flywheel with the hammer/tyre lever system!!!!
Requires a 27mm spanner (or adjustable) to hold the main body of the puller and a 19mm spanner/socket for the centre bolt.
Beware of the ones that do not have a bolt head on the centre bolt as you cannot get enough torque on it to remove the flywheel, also a good possibility you will damage the puller, the flywheel or yourself!
Quality flywheel extracting tool for the following bikes-

Instructions for use
1.Loosen and remove flywheel nut
2. Remove all washers and spring washers from the crank.
3. Remove the centre bolt from the puller and screw, anti clockwise the outer part into the flywheel as far as it will go, you may have to help it along with a spanner.
4. Insert centre bolt and screw up, clockwise until it comes into contact with the end of the crank
5. With 27mm, or adjustable spanner holding outer part of puller, or flywheel holding tool holding flywheel, see above. We recommend you use a 19mm socket & bar/wrench rather than a spanner turn until flywheel is released. Normally they will come off quite easily but if they don't you need to get the bolt as tight as you can against the crank and give the end then give it a sharp crack with a hammer. Tighten the bolt a bit more then crack with the hammer again. You may have to repeat this a few times until the flywheel releases, we also find using an air/impact drill makes it much easier.
Before reassembly check you woodruff key is in good condition if not, replace it.
Finally make sure the flywheel nut is torqued up to the correct specification.
